Google AdWords Rebrand As Google Ads

Google will soon rebrand their advertising platforms AdWords and DoubleClick to simplify the process. From 24th July, the Google AdWords will be renamed as Google Ads with a new logo. The total advertising system of the search giant will be based on three main pillars; Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, and Google Ad Manager.

On July 24th, 2018, Google AdWords is becoming Google Ads. This new Google Ads brand represents the full range of campaign types available today, including Search, Display and Video.”

Sridhar Ramaswamy, the senior VP of ads and commerce of Google said;

These new brands reflect all of the ways that we help advertisers connect with consumers and make it easier for advertisers and publishers to choose which products are right for their businesses.
